• We offer a 7-day return window for eligible products (non-returnable items excluded).

• Please ensure returned items are unused, unwashed, and have all original tags intact.

• Returns & exchanges are 100% FREE – shipping is on us, just for you! 😊

• All refunds will be issued as store credit (gift cards), as per current RBI guidelines.

• For wrong/missing items, kindly share an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery.

• Only one exchange is allowed per order.

• If your pincode is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, you’ll need to self-ship the item. We’ll reimburse ₹150 as store credit after we receive the product.

• Do not accept tampered packages.

• Do not share the delivery OTP unless the product has been physically received.

• For any damaged, missing, or defective items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims after this window may not be eligible for resolution.

• If you request an exchange for a product of lower value, the difference will be refunded as a gift voucher.
